Ich habe zum ersten Mal Shira-yaki gegessen und es wurde mir mit Salz serviert. Es war fluffig und die Textur war hervorragend.
Das Volumen war auch zufriedenstellend, mit Reis, Miso-Suppe, kaltem Tofu und Tomaten, und ich konnte so viel Reis nachnehmen, wie ich wollte.
Das Äußere und das Innere des Restaurants haben einen Retro-Charme,
für Liebhaber ist es einfach unwiderstehlich, haha.
Nach dem Essen muss man selbst in die Küche zurückgehen, sonst wird man bestraft, haha.
Die Getränke konnte man auch selbst im zweiten Stock holen,
