I went to Kusatsu Onsen~! Kusatsu Series Part 1 ( ¨ ) We went here for lunch! We went to this handsome soba restaurant after checking it out in advance! We entered the restaurant around 12:30 on a weekday after waiting in line for about 30 minutes! We were surprised to see a huge line behind us ( °_° ). Duck Tataki Tempura soba Tempura Soba! The tempura was crispy and the soba was very tasty with a gentle flavor! Kusatsu is famous for maitake mushrooms. It seemed that Kusatsu is famous for maitake mushrooms, so the maitake mushroom tempura was included in the dish, which was gorgeous. The customers around us ordered 2.5 servings of Soba, and I wanted to try that too, lol.

Hier kann man Sukiyaki in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre in vollen Zügen genießen. Selbst im als mager beschriebenen Menü sind feine Marmorierungen enthalten, die im Mund zart zergehen. Die sanfte Süße des Fettes und der Umami-Geschmack des Fleisches harmonieren perfekt mit der Sauce. Der in einem Tontopf gekochte Reis ist glänzend und fluffig, und zusammen mit dem Sukiyaki macht er glücklich. Es ist auch erfreulich, dass der Restreis zu Onigiri geformt wird. Die altmodische Einrichtung und die nostalgische Musik schaffen eine angenehme Atmosphäre, und man kann ein sehr zufriedenes Essen genießen.

Die Portion Fleisch war überraschend groß! Das Kimchi und die knusprigen Knoblauchstücke waren lecker!

Das Fleisch hatte eine süße Note und war ganz ohne Eigengeschmack, es war sehr lecker. Die in dem Topf mit Gemüse und Fleisch gekochten Soba-Nudeln waren ebenfalls köstlich, und die Suppe aus Soba-Wasser und Soba-Wasser-Brühe danach hatte einen sanften Geschmack und war einfach großartig!

As one would expect from a long-established hotel, the atmosphere was prestigious, and the service was first-rate. The food was not only delicious, but also pleasing to the eye! The bath had been renovated and was very pleasant to use.

The food and drinks came out quickly, so the waiting time was short, which was great. The sea bream shabu was very delicious, and the amount of vegetables and the udon for the final dish were just right, making me very satisfied!

The kamameshi has a rich aroma and is cooked very well. The chicken and maitake mushroom kamameshi has a delicious flavor of the ingredients soaked into the rice. The wagyu beef yakisuki kamameshi is just the right amount of sweetness to keep your chopsticks going. The popular maitake mushroom tempura has a light and crispy batter. The food is served smoothly, and there is little sense of waiting. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is pleasant, and reservations are recommended as seats fill up quickly.

Located along the street of the hot spring town, the interior is new and clean upon entering. The facilities also feel newly renovated, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. There are many dishes made with local ingredients, rich in aroma and flavor. The assorted pork skewers offer a delightful variety of textures, and the grilled yam skewers were fluffy and good. The rolled omelet is light and easy to eat, and the fried chicken wings pair perfectly, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. With the atmosphere of the hot spring area, it's a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself comfortably.
