🗒✍️
Visited with a friend for lunch. I was able to try the omakase, which was set at a reasonable price and I only know kaitenzushi. To be honest, I was so nervous that all I could tell was that the fish tasted delicious, but I could tell that the rice grains were clear and the amount of vinegar in the sushi rice was changing. Next time I would like to visit with my family and enjoy the taste in a relaxed atmosphere.
Tofu and Yuba Course, I enjoyed the gentle flavors. The two young ladies who came from NZ also mentioned that they are not good with spicy food, so they were savoring the gentle tofu and yuba.

Yakiniku, Motsu-nabe and Chiritori-nabe!
We have come to Sakai!
We all eat yakiniku together♪
The place... I didn't know where it was, so I asked him to bring me...
So I can't explain it (I apologize).
The outside doesn't look like a yakiniku restaurant.
If it weren't for the lanterns, it would look like an Italian restaurant or a bar.
Inside the restaurant, most of the seats are tables.
The menu is shown below.

Smokeless roaster embedded in the table.
It's nice that there is no smoke! No smell to worry about either!
Thick cut tongue
Roast
Cayenne
Coco
Mino Sandwich
I had it with jalami
Thick sliced tongue, I don't really care about tongue when I go out for yakiniku.
But this one was just as thick as the name suggests, and had a nice crunchy texture!
The loin had a lot of fat (sweat).
The sirloin was also very tasty!
The flavor spread in your mouth!
Hormone is also very tasty and has no smell!
And the hormone was also very good!
Salted Chanko Motsu Nabe
Chiritori nabe
The salt chanko soup is just delicious!
I just want to drink it all the time lol!
The sweetness of the cabbage and the delicious taste of the pork belly, and the noodles at the end of the dish were the best!
I wish I could go back!
The chiritori nabe is a bit spicy, but I love eating it while huffing and puffing!
The meat is delicious and different from what you get at a barbecue restaurant!
The final dish is also like zosui (rice porridge), or fried rice with the water skimmed off!
The rice absorbs all the broth and is delicious!
This time, there were 7 of us.
We were quite satisfied with the yakiniku and two kinds of hot pot!
And since we were a big group, we could eat a variety of food, which made us happy!
I realized once again that Sakai is full of wonderful places!
Thank you for the food!
