
Sushi Ryusuke is located in Tokyo's Ginza district, a fierce battleground for sushi restaurants. The counter, made of a single piece of white wood, is very compact with only seven seats. Ryusuke Yamane, who trained for many years at Ginza's Kyubei, creates sushi with the utmost care and tradition, and all of his traditional Japanese sushi are exquisite. The dishes are made with the best ingredients from all over Japan, and all are wonderfully flavored.
