This place has a calm atmosphere, and just sitting down makes you feel at ease. The dish of pan-seared white fish topped with mussels and saffron cream is rich in both aroma and flavor, making it perfect to enjoy with bread. The menu featuring cold vegetable soup paired with burrata cheese is refreshing with the hint of dill, making it easy to eat even on hot days. The garlic butter-soaked Burgundy-style clams were so good that I wiped up the remaining sauce completely. The duck and white bean cassoulet has a concentrated umami flavor that is rich yet not tiring to eat, which is quite remarkable. The combination of beef cheek braised in red wine and mashed potatoes that I had for the finale was shockingly delicious, leaving me with a happy feeling until the very end of the meal.
