This is our signature dish made with plenty of yuba, finished with a rich and gentle flavor.
We took fluffy eggs from Kyoto, cooked them to perfection, and combined them with plenty of cheese on top of the 'Fluffy Yuba Rice Bowl'.
Fluffy eggs from Kyoto are cooked and placed on top of the tofu skin rice bowl.
This is a ginjo sake from Fushimi's 'Yamamoto Honke'. You can feel the sweet aroma of rice. It has a refreshing taste typical of ginjo sake, and it doesn't emphasize the characteristics of sake too much, making it recommended for beginners as well! It's also great for when you want to enjoy a big gulp.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo from Fushimi's Kitagawa Honke. With a rice polishing ratio of 49%, it is the most luxurious sake in our lineup. It has a strong ginjo aroma that can be enjoyed for a long time. The empty bottle is just right for a single flower vase, so please feel free to take it home.
This is a Junmai Ginjo from Saito Brewery in Fushimi. Its distinctive feature is the use of Kyoto-grown sake rice 'Iwai Mai'. You can enjoy a fruity aroma. Additionally, there is a slight sweetness in the aftertaste. Our store offers this in a unique 300ml size, which is a great option when a single serving feels a bit insufficient.
We offer a selection of recommended sake, mainly from Kyoto.
