This is a serving for one person. It is our proud special grade horse sashimi. Enjoy the horse sashimi with a moderate amount of marbling dipped in soy sauce mixed with ginger. The fat of the horse is not overwhelming, and we hope you can savor its refined flavor at least once. We would appreciate it if you could inform us of the number of orders when making a reservation. Fresh horse liver, cut thickly as is characteristic of a specialty horse meat restaurant, served with sesame oil, salt, and chopped green onions. Since liver is a rare part, there is a limited supply. There are also restrictions on the number of orders, so please consult us when making a reservation.
