Hime Masu is a rare fish that can only be caught in two places in Japan. The Hime Masu caught in Towada Lake, Towada City, Aomori Prefecture, is rich in fat and has a smoothness, sweetness, and texture that you wouldn't expect from freshwater fish. There is absolutely no odor.

It has a sweetness in the fat, yet a refreshing taste, with a texture similar to meat. It is also packed with nutrients. Please enjoy it with our secret garlic nanban (aged for 2 years)!

This is a horse meat hot pot made with horse meat from Aomori Prefecture, prepared with miso. Please enjoy the sweetness of the horse meat, the sweetness of the fat, along with seasonal ingredients. (The price is for one serving.)
