This sake, brewed with 23% polished Yamada Nishiki rice from the top A district in Hyogo Prefecture, has been stored for one year at sub-zero temperatures, resulting in a refined taste with added smoothness.
With a rice polishing ratio of 30% and the use of two types of yeast, it achieves the floral aroma unique to Daiginjo and the clean finish characteristic of Junmai. Made with Yamada Nishiki from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture, it offers a luxurious taste of 'Nakadori'.
Using oak barrels that were used for wine aging at the Champagne house Henri Giraud, the Junmai Daiginjo sake from Masuzen was aged for 6 months. You can enjoy the rich flavor born from the collaboration of sake and Champagne.
