The seasonal ingredients are shockingly changed daily according to the chef's wishes. The best meal at Uman Tokyo Main Store. A private room is reserved for you, and "Omi Beef Sukiyaki", the best beef of the three major beef species, is served with authentic green powdered tea and tea sweets after the meal. This is the only set meal in which Omi beef can be tasted. All dishes are served by the portion for one person. After the meal, please enjoy authentic matcha green tea and tea sweets made just before the meal. We hope you will use this dish for your guests from abroad or for important dinners.
