Celebrate 700 submissions! Bliss of all 27 dishes. The secret is the red rice!
I've revisited many times.
I'm going to reread the food log and realize they haven't updated it.
I think this might be my favorite restaurant of the year!
I love the owner who tries so many things!
----------------------------------------
After training at the famous Akizuki restaurant, he was awarded a Michelin star three months after the restaurant opened. He was awarded a Michelin star three months after he opened his restaurant.
I enjoyed the nigiri of Mr. Sato, the No. 1 young chef.
The tuna and haruko were just delicious.
We visited without having eaten anything for breakfast and lunch, so we were starving. A total of 27 dishes! Too much food!
I even had a Kumamoto watermelon for dessert at the end (that makes 28 dishes!).
The first dish was a hand roll of tuna, which was delicious and tender.
I even enjoyed a very rare meat called Ozaki beef...I was satisfied!
The abalone was also very large and dynamic! You can enjoy the eyes as well!
He is still young enough to be the general of the restaurant. Mr. Sato's smile is also wonderful.
The aka-shari (red rice) was just right, with just a hint of aroma.
I have never had such a delicious red rice before.
Each dish is served carefully. All the dishes were delicious and well washed.
The restaurant is new and Mr. Sato is young. I think this restaurant will continue to grow in the future.
Conversely, I thought there was still room for growth.
Considering the quality, the CP is good!
I asked him about the origin of the name Tokami.
Ten seats, the customer is God. 10 seats -> God -> Tokami
10 seats -> god -> tokami. I see... I'm convinced.
I was also surprised at the cleanliness of the toilets, which may seem unimportant! You may think that I don't care, but the restrooms are separated from each other and clean.
The tray smells great. I think this is the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to.
I'm looking forward to going back! I'm sure I'll be back!
[Tokyo Ginza]
It has been 5 years since the last restaurant visit, and this is my first time for dinner.

★ 2,000 to 6,000 yen per person
A la carte
◇ Yellow pea dip + pita bread
◇ Greek salad
Feta-style cheese, cucumber, tomato, radish, olives
◇ Tuna marinade
Olive oil, lemon
◇ Roasted baby potatoes
Herbs, garlic
◇ Grilled sea bream
Broccoli, capers, mint
◇ Grilled Iwachu pork
Cabbage pickles, sesame yogurt
◇ Greek pie with feta cheese and wild vegetables
◇ Lemon pie Apollo style
With a la carte, there were some menu items that were hard to imagine just from the names, so I chose after much deliberation.
The Greek pie I added at the end was really delicious, and I felt like everything was a hit!
On weekday nights, it wasn't too crowded, but I think reservations are a must on weekends, so everyone should definitely try it.
A memorable dining experience spent at She Ino
Each dish is beautiful, that is already a given.
However, the cuisine at She Ino cannot be described simply with the words "beautiful" and "luxurious."
It is not pretentious, yet it feels familiar, as if you have tasted it somewhere before, but it is completely different.
The moment it enters your mouth,
"Ah, this is something I feel I understand yet do not understand,"
that quiet surprise was present with every dish.
The power of the ingredients, the way they are cooked, the layering of flavors, and the lingering aftertaste. Each element asserts itself without being overwhelming, yet everything leaves a proper impression.
It is not just that "it is delicious because it uses the best ingredients," but rather, the thought put into "how to handle them" is conveyed more and more as you continue to eat.
The flow of the entire course is truly beautiful, with no heaviness or strain, just a pleasant experience that carries you through to the end.
Before I realized it, my heart was filled even before I could analyze the flavors.
And then, the birthday dessert plate.
The beautiful flowers painted across the plate,
and the meticulous attention to detail in that one piece,
was so breathtaking that it left me speechless; it was not just a "presentation" but conveyed a warmth that celebrated a precious moment together.
What made that time even more special was the presence of Mr. Ito, the president.
While maintaining a dignified atmosphere, his occasional smile and subtle humor eased the tension of us first-time visitors without us even noticing. Just like the food, the care for the atmosphere itself was naturally conveyed.
And of course, it was not just Mr. Ito; the hospitality of all the staff was also impressive.
They never overstepped, yet they were attentive to our needs.
That balance and their smiles made the entire space soft and comfortable.
It is fitting for a special day, yet you can relax without feeling stiff.
Even days later, I find myself reminiscing about that time.
I definitely want to return,
that is how I feel about this place.

supreme
A grand maison that even a crying child can't stop talking about.
Everything was supreme.
The food, the service, the ambiance of the restaurant, everything was top-notch.
In particular, the cauliflower mousse, one of the signature dishes, is always impressive.
If I had to pick a weak point, it would be that the customer sitting in the back of the room was a little annoying with his indescribable talk with his companion (laugh).
I would like to visit again.

I ordered the Furano Melon Parfait 🍈.
1980 yen! Moderately good price 💵!
The parfait with plenty of fresh melon is quite extravagant ❤️
The melon is sweet and juicy, and the juice is so handsome!
In addition, there is plenty of fresh cream, melon jelly that tastes just like the high quality jelly you get in the middle of the year, melon gelato that is smooth to the touch, and much more 🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈.
Melon everywhere you eat🍈🍈❗️
Rich melon no matter what you eat🍈❗️
Melon lovers can't get enough 😍.
Their new parfait is always famous and has been featured in the media, I hope to check out more in the future 💕.
