Order rate 90%?! This is a must-try menu item where you can experience the flavor of Nodoguro at its best. Of course, wasabi soy sauce is a must, but we recommend sudachi salt wasabi as well. *Orders are accepted for two servings or more.
The skin is crispy while the inside is fluffy and carefully roasted to a fragrant finish. Choose from the following parts: with head... 2980 yen, tail meat... 2980 yen, fillet... 1480 yen.
