We have prepared a total of 9 dishes including oden, sashimi, sushi, and shabu shabu shabu with oysters and cold wakame seaweed from Hiroshima Prefecture for the finale! All you can drink for 2.5 hours! (2 hours only on Wednesdays through Fridays and the day before a national holiday.
This is a course to fully enjoy standard, seasonal, sea, and earth oden! Sangen pork loin shabu-shabu in oden broth in which many ingredients are stewed. You can choose from three types of ojiya (rice porridge) made with soup stock with the added umami of sangenton pork loin. It is no exaggeration to say that this is a full course of Oden & a superb course!
This is "&"'s top-of-the-line "Extreme" course! We have prepared a total of 9 dishes including "gout oden" using seasonal ingredients as well as our special oden and sushi! All-you-can-drink 2.5 hours included! 2 hours only on Wednesdays through Fridays, days before national holidays, December 6, 11-13, 16-20, 23, and 25-27.
A course to fully enjoy classic, seasonal, and seafood oden! Oden broth simmered with a variety of ingredients, and ojiya rice porridge made with that same flavorful broth. It’s no exaggeration to call this a full-course oden meal—it’s an absolutely exquisite experience! *The all-you-can-drink plan is for 2.5 hours. However, it is not available on Fridays or the day before a national holiday.
