Beef hot pot is the original sukiyaki. Traditionally, it is eaten with a miso-based broth, but at Gyubenkai, we intentionally use a soy sauce base and simmer it with original grated vegetables (apple, onion, nagaimo). The A4 and A5 rank domestic black-haired wagyu sirloin melts in your mouth. / *Available for orders of 2 servings or more. 1 serving is 3500 yen (tax included).

Our restaurant uses carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu. We procure cuts that are in good condition, with a balance of sweetness in the fat and tenderness. We offer rare cuts such as the triangular belly, sirloin, and shoulder roast, all managed with a solid identification number for safe and secure meat. We use Kuroge Wagyu.
In our shop, we offer two types of cuts from two different parts of the meat so that you can enjoy various flavors. You can enjoy them in two ways: cubed and thinly sliced. Two types: cubed and thinly sliced.
