The atmosphere is great, and it's fun to see the cooking over the counter. The seasonal course features a good balance of seafood and meat, all of which are fragrant and delicious. The eel, corn, and seaweed tempura pair perfectly, bringing a smile to my face. The combination of Kumamoto beef and Manganji peppers is also satisfying, with a strong umami flavor. The clay pot rice can be enjoyed in two ways, and the Tosa Jiro eggs are rich and irresistible. The staff recommends drinks that pair well with the dishes, and there are even options not on the menu, making it enjoyable.
