A special sesame miso broth made by combining two types of miso and five kinds of sesame, this exquisite hot pot features the sweetness of vegetables and the richness and umami of beef offal from Obihiro.
This is a completely new type of motsunabe that mixes the special sesame miso-based broth, which has not changed since the opening, with the split natto from Naito Foods, which won the Grand Prize at the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Awards, and stir-fried chicken minced meat with added spiciness and seasonings to enhance the umami. It is one of the signature dishes of Kurohanabi that natto lovers will definitely want to repeat.
We boiled fresh small intestines from Obihiro beef and topped them with hot ponzu sauce, served with grated daikon. The rich flavor of beef offal and the sweet taste of the tender fat, combined with the refreshing taste of ponzu and grated daikon, create a perfect match in this very popular dish at our restaurant.
This is a large-sized tsukune made with 200g of coarsely ground lamb meat, grilled juicy on a hot plate. Please enjoy it with the overflowing meat juices mixed with the egg yolk and a sweet sauce.
