[Super Dry Junmai] It has a pleasant aroma and the umami expands in the mouth. The aftertaste is an excellent dry junmai, a popular product from Shibotan Sake Brewery. It is not just spicy, but the balance with acidity is very good, so you will definitely enjoy drinking it smoothly.
