This teppanyaki course features ingredients from Shinshu, nurtured by Hakuba's clean air and cool climate, carefully grilled on a teppan in front of you. We offer dishes that make the most of the bounty of the land, such as an appetizer of shinano yukimasu trout, caciocavallo from Yoshida Farm, and vegetables from Shinshu. For the main course, we offer a steak of apple Wagyu Shinshu beef.
