The Hilton Osaka restaurant floor was renovated this year, and Kawabai, which opened in August on the second floor, offers Japanese cuisine that incorporates seasonal ingredients and seasonal touches. Kazuo Takagi of Ashiya's Kyoto-style restaurant, Takagi Cuisine, supervises the cuisine, which actively incorporates local ingredients and offers a monthly changing menu. The restaurant is spacious and divided into zones for tempura, teppan, and sushi. The private rooms where you can enjoy teppanyaki are especially luxurious, with the chef serving the dishes in the room with you. In addition to courses, additional dishes such as shrimp tempura, seasonal appetizers, and teriyaki wagyu beef are also available. The restaurant is also conveniently accessible and offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.
