Speisekarte
We offer 19 different cuts starting from 80 yen (88 yen) each. We also have rare cuts such as breast (mother's mark), wappa (small bag root), nanyawa (heart root), kiku oil (large intestine surrounding oil), and champon (cheek red meat and fat). Rare cuts are subject to availability! You can order your favorite skewer starting from one piece. A selection of five assorted skewers is also available.
Our Lemon Sour is served as a set of three items: shochu, soda (high sour), and lemon. First, squeeze half a lemon into a glass, add half of the high sour, and drink. For the second glass, please order a 'naka' (refill of shochu) and enjoy the remaining lemon and sour.
Tonbi means pig tail. This signature dish is made by simmering tofu and pig tail in a rich and spicy soup until tender.
We serve liver cutlets that are thinly sliced, coated, and deep-fried, dipped in sauce. Enjoy them hot and fresh, with mustard to your liking.
