It's fun to discover the quiet entrance. The gentle atmosphere makes it very comfortable. The fragrant grilled eel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, bringing a smile to my face. The dish where the eel is briefly dipped in hot water has a broth infused with umami that is irresistible, making you want to drink it all up. The rice made with that broth is rich and very satisfying. You can also enjoy seasonal dishes and eel rice for lunch, leaving you with a fulfilled feeling.
