조용한 입구에서 발견하는 것도 즐겁습니다. 부드러운 공기감이 있어 매우 아늑합니다. 향긋하게 구운 장어는 겉은 바삭하고 속은 부드러워서 저절로 미소가 지어집니다. 장어를 살짝 끓는 물에 담그는 요리는 깊은 맛이 우러나와서 마지막까지 마시고 싶어집니다. 그 육수로 만드는 마무리 밥도 풍미가 있어 매우 만족스럽습니다. 계절감을 느낄 수 있는 요리와 점심 장어밥도 즐길 수 있어 마음이 충족됩니다.
