This is a style of eating called 'Ishiyaki' where ingredients are grilled on heated rock surfaces made from volcanic rock from Mount Fuji. It is said that when lava is heated, it releases 'minerals', 'negative ions', and 'far infrared rays', which are believed to help eliminate accumulated waste and toxins from the body.

Baked with hot lava that has excellent far-infrared effects, resulting in a very soft interior that is fluffy all the way to the core.

You can savor the original umami of the meat that is firmly sealed in, as well as the sweetness of the vegetables that spreads with each bite. Unlike charcoal grilling or teppanyaki, it is difficult for the meat juices and moisture to escape, allowing you to fully enjoy the rich flavors of the ingredients.

The minerals contained in lava are said to help eliminate toxins from the body and improve blood and skin quality. Furthermore, the air holes in the lava stones absorb excess fat from the meat, allowing you to enjoy it in a very healthy way. *Health benefits may vary from person to person.
