This is a limited course for year-end party only. We will prepare seasonal dishes according to our stock. The course is designed to be easy to share.
Horse sashimi directly shipped from Kumamoto. Tender loin and mane served with sweet soy sauce from Amakusa. This horse sashimi is high in protein and low in calories, making it gentle on the body.
Thinly sliced horse meat (loin) from Kumamoto, grilled and served with ponzu sauce and condiments for a refreshing taste.
Fresh, flavorful natural fish from the owner's hometown, Kumamoto's Amakusa, will be delivered. The fish varieties change based on the day's supply, so please choose from the menu of the day. Our staff will assist you!
Grilled Wagyu Ichibo and seasonal vegetables from the hometown of the proprietress, at the foot of Gassan in Nishikawa Town, Yamagata, served with a special sauce. Ichibo has a rich yet not heavy flavor.
A soup that has been simmered for a long time until it becomes cloudy. Served with winter vegetables. If you place an order when making a reservation, it can be served smoothly. The final dish is either zosui or champon noodles. (For 2 servings of the hot pot and up)

We have several types prepared with seasonal ingredients. The standard is *Sea Bream and Nankan Fried Tofu* with Cod Roe and Perilla.
Organic kabosu from Oita Prefecture will arrive. Expected around autumn. Be sure to enjoy the juicy and gentle acidity of this seasonal fruit!
Every year around June to July, Japanese grapefruit arrives from Amakusa, with a juicy and refreshing aroma and fruitiness.
