The dishes are centered around organic ingredients, allowing you to enjoy them with peace of mind. There are no unnecessary seasonings to bring out the flavors of the vegetables and meat, so you can truly appreciate the natural taste of the ingredients. In particular, the dish featuring lightly smoked bonito with straw paired with anchovy sauce had a perfect balance of aroma and richness. The combination of cilantro and new onions was refreshing, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The grass-fed beef, aged raw ham from the Tohoku region, and the bone broth I tried for the first time all had rich textures and aftertastes that surprised me. The wine chosen for pairing complemented the dishes perfectly, even with dessert, leaving me feeling satisfied until the very end.

Organic Restaurant Monthly dinner with friends Since they wanted to eat vegetables, we went to a restaurant in the station building. I usually make a reservation when going to a restaurant. Because, isn't it frustrating to go all the way there and not be able to get in? What if that place doesn't work out? That would be quite a hassle... That's why I do some research in advance. So, when we went to the restaurant in the station building, it was closed!! No wonder they didn't answer the phone. I hurriedly searched for a restaurant that was open on the same day, and luckily found this one, Terra. Thank you so much for being open!! The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Houju Building along Yotsubashi-suji, with a brick exterior. The interior is long and narrow, with counter seats and table seats available. The stone-paved interior has a calm lighting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. On this day, my friend got stuck in a major traffic jam and couldn't arrive for a while, so I started drinking and waited. The staff were considerate, and it was fine for me to wait alone. What I ordered was: Assorted Appetizers First, let's order this! Marinated Octopus, Salmon with Cream Cheese, Prosciutto, Olives... It seems like everything is perfect for drinking! For those who like it, they might just go for this alone. We, who were very hungry, devoured it. Steamed Seasonal Vegetables with Anchovy Sauce, Kiyo Oil, and Natural Salt That's right! We came here to eat vegetables. I like raw vegetables, but when they are slightly cooked, the sweetness of the vegetables comes out. The texture is just right! The anchovy sauce is gentle and doesn't overpower. It would be difficult to make this variety at home, but I'm happy to be able to eat a little bit of everything. Bone-in Lamb, grilled to a nice brown on both sides. I love meat, so I had to go for the main dish, haha. But it's a bit healthier with lamb. The grilled lamb is crispy on the outside and juicy. Maybe I prefer it a little more rare? Oysters and Turnips in Cream Sauce with Yuzu Flavor. There are so many types of pasta. It's really hard to decide, so I went with my favorite pasta, Tagliatelle, as I like thicker pasta like Fettuccine. So, I left the rest to my friend. This is it! The oysters are plump and there are plenty of them. The turnips are tender, and cream pasta often gets boring at the end, but thanks to the yuzu flavor, I was able to enjoy it until the end without getting tired of it. It was very delicious! Although it was a last-minute decision to choose this restaurant, it turned out to be a wonderful place. The food choices were good, and everything was delicious. My friend was happy too! After this, we went to my favorite Financier. Since it was my friend's birthday month, we celebrated, and they were very, very happy! Seeing them happy is truly a wonderful thing.
