The steamer will be steamed at your table. It will be ready about 20 minutes after the staff lights the fire. *Please do not open the lid while it is steaming! It will delay the steaming process. Once it is done, be sure to turn off the fire and enjoy it with the accompanying sauce.

A brand of beef that Okayama Prefecture takes pride in. It is a black-haired Japanese breed that inherits the lineage of the Mune cattle and is said to be the root of national brand wagyu such as Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef.
