Shiraito Brewery has been blessed with the geographical advantage of being surrounded by rice fields of Yamada Nishiki. 'Shiraito Brewery is in Itoshima' is a fruity sake made from 70% polished Yamada Nishiki rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture, carefully brewed.
It has a soft aroma reminiscent of bread yeast, with a subtle gas sensation that tightens the flavor. There is a rich balance of mild sweetness and bitterness, leaving a lingering, rich taste. When warmed, the sweetness becomes more pronounced, and the finish is clean, making it personally recommended! If you are trying Nabeshima for the first time, this is the bottle I highly recommend starting with.
While bringing out the flavor of Yamadanishiki, it has been finished to a dry taste. It has a beautiful aroma reminiscent of white grapes, and umami comes to the palate. It is a refreshing sake with clarity. It pairs excellently with hot pot.
Made from Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, polished to 58%. The brewing water is well water from the Sangun mountain range. The label design features a work by Nobu Kihara, a renowned ink painter from Fukuoka. Enjoy the elegant and smooth drinking experience.
A refreshing and soft aroma reminiscent of grapes, with a beautifully balanced harmony of concentrated rice flavor and acidity, making it a 'delicious to drink, delicious to eat' food pairing sake.
Gentle aroma. The mouthfeel is soft, but it has a sharp acidity and refreshing sweetness when tasted. A strong umami, bitterness, and astringency gradually spread and linger. The sweetness is moderate, with a slightly stronger umami and a clean, dry finish. It is said to be related to a character from 'Slam Dunk'.
