It is located in a place that can be reached by walking towards the Aeon from the station, and you can go up to the second-floor store using stairs or an elevator. There are partitioned seats and private rooms available, and the TVs at each table are enjoyable. The signature menu item, thick-cut tongue, is grilled while being cut with scissors, which is exciting from the preparation time. You can choose the seasoning for the beef tripe from salt, sauce, or spicy, allowing you to enjoy it according to your mood. The dessert ice cream can be freely arranged with sauces and snacks, allowing you to create your own unique flavor. The staff is friendly, and their thoughtfulness, such as offering drinks after the meal and snacks during the billing process, left a lasting impression.
