This is a monthly course that allows you to enjoy seasonal ingredients. For example, depending on the season, we use deluxe ingredients such as fugu (blowfish) and suppon (soft-shelled crab). For celebratory occasions, such as a meeting, we can prepare grilled sea bream in a salt cauldron for an additional charge of 5,500 yen per fish. The sea bream covered in a salt cauldron enhances the flavor and is a superb dish.
We offer a course of 6 dishes and all-you-can-drink for gatherings and banquets such as welcome and farewell parties and reunion parties. Reservations are accepted from 6 persons.
