Original sake from Tan Kumakita. It is a dry sake with a clean and crisp taste. It has a refreshing mouthfeel that enhances the flavors of the food.
A genuine dry sake made using the Kimoto method, characterized by a clean taste without any off-flavors, a solid flavor profile, and a crisp finish.

Contains gold leaf in the shape of cherry blossom petals. This sake is popular for celebratory occasions. It has an elegant aroma and rich flavor. Carefully selected sake rice grown in the abundant nature of Hiroshima Prefecture was polished meticulously and brewed slowly with well water.
Deep aroma and rich flavor. This is a full-bodied shochu made with pot-distilled original liquor. Enjoy the expanding taste of barley.
Using traditional methods with black koji fermentation, the raw material is golden senkan sweet potato. It contains rich umami components from the golden senkan sweet potato, offering a refreshing and smooth taste along with a refined and gentle sweet aroma of the sweet potato. This product shines with a well-balanced profile featuring 'rich aroma', 'slightly sweet flavor', and 'deep umami', making it a remarkable item.
Isami is said to be the 'original premium shochu.' Since its establishment, it has consistently used black koji, and Isami, characterized by the rich flavor of black koji, has no peculiarities and offers a crisp drinking experience.
Cloudy umeshu. This special selected umeshu harmonizes the lingering umami unique to a genuine shochu base, with a firm acidity and a creamy texture. Please enjoy the prominent acidity and rich sweetness (umami).
Made with 100% carefully selected high-quality domestic yuzu. From the moment it is poured into the glass, a strong and refreshing aroma of yuzu wafts through the air. Within the crisp sweetness, there is a bitterness reminiscent of yuzu peel and an excellent refreshing acidity, creating a beautiful balance that spreads out.
The original spirit aged in Yamazaki's unique Mizunara oak barrels brings a pleasant woody aroma, complemented by a subtle flavor reminiscent of sandalwood, enriching the overall taste. The texture is smooth and rich, and in the end, the spiciness of the oak and a hint of smokiness harmonize, leaving a lasting impression.
Fujikureiru Rouge [Fujikko Winery Yamanashi Prefecture] is a Japanese wine made from 100% domestic grapes. It primarily uses Muscat Bailey A grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture, blended with Merlot to create a medium-bodied red wine. It has a sweet aroma of cherry compote and a hint of barrel fragrance. The gentle tannin sensation envelops the palate softly.
Fujikureiru Blanc [Fujikko Winery Yamanashi Prefecture] is a Japanese wine made from 100% domestic grapes. It primarily uses Koshu grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture, blended with Delaware grapes to create a dry white wine. It has a vibrant aroma reminiscent of pineapple and a sweet scent like that of a pear. The taste features a juicy fruitiness similar to citrus and a moderate volume.
