My long-awaited visit to Kobayashi-San: ☺️ Since the owner is from Hyogo Prefecture, many dishes were made with Kansai ingredients. It was fun to learn about unexpected and delicious Kansai ingredients! The rice made with Shiso rice was delicious! Each dish was beautifully prepared and tasty, and I enjoyed discovering how these ingredients are combined with each other! I enjoyed discovering the combination of these ingredients! The owner of the restaurant has a wonderful personality, and he didn't miss a single word we said.
