Iwate's Short-Horned Beef is raised in a style called 'Natsuyama Fuyusato'. It is a healthy animal raised in natural pastures. You can enjoy the rich flavor and taste primarily of red meat. *Depending on availability, the cut of meat may change, or it may be substituted with Black Wagyu.
