It was an exciting experience to enter a hidden gem of a restaurant near the station. The pasta made with fish was creamy and deeply flavorful, capturing my heart from the very first dish. The appetizers, including a fragrant mushroom soup and a dish featuring scallops layered with sea urchin, evoked the seasons and were very impressive. The pasta came in various types, such as thin and flat, and the combination of its chewy texture with seasonal mountain vegetables was superb. I was surprised by the idea of enjoying panna cotta with olive oil and the chocolate mousse paired with banana sauce, making it enjoyable until the very end. The staff's subtle wine suggestions and conversations were pleasant, allowing me to spend a happy time alongside the delicious food.
