Aged Australian white wine made from the best vineyards in the Hunter Valley, now at its peak for the most delicious drinking experience. It features complex aromas of high-quality aged Semillon with notes of beeswax, nuts, and chamomile, beautifully balanced by bright acidity that tightens the oily and smooth texture.
Starting from 2380 yen per bottle, we offer over 30 varieties, mainly in the 2000 to 3000 yen range. Of course, all wines are imported directly from Australia and New Zealand. Our purchasing staff personally visits wineries to taste wines and negotiate conditions. We only import wines that we are satisfied with in terms of taste and price. Our wine shop directly arranges containers and warehouses, and we also prepare and apply for import customs and food import notifications ourselves. The savings we achieve are reflected in the prices of our wines. That’s why our wines are delicious and affordable. Regardless of wine trends, our shop has always been a wine shop. Unlike the many trendy 'wine izakayas' nearby, we have a different passion for wine. When sourcing wine from liquor stores, we also pay for their shipping and profits. Naturally, liquor stores source from importers, and they pay for the importers' profits and shipping as well. Our company is the importer, and beyond us, there are only wineries. Since our wine list is free of all intermediary margins, you can enjoy delicious wines at astonishing prices. The characteristics of Oceania wines are that 'the producers have the freedom to create' and 'there are many wines meant for immediate consumption.' As a relatively young wine-producing country with about 200 years of history, rules other than safety and security have been abolished to compete with the historically and traditionally strong European wines. For example, blends of Chardonnay and Semillon, which you won't see in Europe, are common in Australia. Due to the involvement of alcohol taxes, the ability to create blends across borders that would be unbelievable in Europe is a unique feature of Oceania. The style that does not emphasize aging is also suitable for Japanese tastes. The period from grape harvest to reaching drinkable quality is about 1 to 5 years. Prices are kept low, making it easy to enjoy. Wine is a beverage meant for enjoying conversation. We provide a wine list based on the idea that wine is not something to be learned, and discussing wine is the height of folly. Please enjoy our wine bar in a truly casual and relaxed atmosphere.
You want to enjoy a lot of wine, but you don't want a hangover, right? You want to enjoy a healthy and fun wine life. A recommended method for such people is to drink in a ratio of <water 1 = wine 1>. You will have to go to the restroom more often, but this method is said to be very effective for enjoying wine. Please feel free to say <please give me cold water> at the wine shop.
