A sumptuous course featuring a boldly grilled Satsuma Jidori chicken thigh grilled with rock salt and Japanese-style carpaccio of seasonal fish. This plan allows you to enjoy a variety of dishes such as assorted fried dishes and fried rice with secret sauce. Dessert is included. Please use this plan for various banquets.
This luxurious course boasts beef halami from Hyogo Prefecture with a pronounced flavor and pork cutlet from Fukuoka Prefecture freshly fried to a crispy perfection. A variety of dishes such as three pieces of seasonal fish sashimi and roasted Kyoto chicken are also available. The meal concludes with takikomi gohan (rice cooked with shirasu and hijiki mushrooms) and today's dessert, providing a very satisfying experience.

We blended a variety of whiskies that have the complexity and depth characteristic of 'Hakushu' with a 'lightly peated malt' that has a fresh and subtle smoky flavor reminiscent of young leaves in the forest.
As a new attempt, we use 'wine barrel aged malt' from the diverse range of original spirits we hold, to speak of 'Yamazaki'.

The shochu first released in 1916 by the founder of Kirishima Shuzo, Yoshisuke Enatsu, is made with black koji. The authentic sweet potato shochu 'Kurokirishima', which inherits the roots of black koji brewing from the time of its founding, is characterized by its rich sweetness and crisp finish. It enhances delicious dishes from various genres, including Japanese, Western, Chinese, and ethnic cuisines.
Founded in the 39th year of the Meiji era. The brewery is located at the foot of Mount Kirishima and uses Sekinpei spring water for brewing, producing the highly popular 'Sato' which has ranked first in shochu popularity. Sato Black is a sweet potato shochu made with black koji, the same color as the label, characterized by its unique strength, sweetness, and aroma.

A pure rice daiginjo brewed with handmade koji and the spring water from 'Raiden-sama's clear water' sourced from the melted snow of Hakkaisan. By combining Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku polished to 45%, along with Miyama Nishiki, we have created a pure rice sake that embodies the characteristics of Hakkaisan, with a clean finish and a flavor that does not become monotonous. This slightly premium sake enhances dishes with its transparent, beautiful taste and a gentle, elegant sweetness that spreads softly.

It is not just a sake that is good to get drunk on or that sells well, but rather a sake that aims to be delicious and enjoyable. As a result, all of their sake has become Junmai Daiginjo, which is quite easy to understand for a sake brewery. The sake that made their name known to the world, 'Dassai 50', has been discontinued... and the successor that has appeared is 'Dassai 45'. By polishing it even further from 50, it has become a cleaner and more refined taste without any off-flavors! Here comes the cost-effective Junmai Daiginjo once again!!
