Please get to know Kaoru seriously before you go to other high end stores. The number of high-class restaurants around 30,000 yen is increasing. But there are many restaurants where the price goes up because the ingredients are good or because other restaurants are raising their prices, but you can rarely find a dish where you can tell that a lot of time and effort has been put into it! Kaoru-san is currently only open to Minoru Hasegawa's regular customers or through referrals, but please experience the real 30,000 yen for real food and drink. You will be impressed. How can I experience it in the comment section? Please find someone who can go and ask them to invite you. I am wishing and realizing it myself, so the hurdle is high...but please be patient! This was my second visit and I wondered why the course is so viable with all these 4 hitters? Usually light to heavy, and then tighten up. While many of the dishes are composed of "light" to "heavy" (or rather, that's the norm), Minoru Hasegawa's cuisine is a raging course. The pasta with albacore really moved me. I almost cried while eating it! Please enjoy a genuine "course meal" that takes a lot of time and effort! The sommelier who recently joined the restaurant is the best at pairing dishes. The service is polished by the W team with the new sommelier. Please come and enjoy the best food and service!

Glad to hear it! Hasegawa's Kindness 2nd Floor Shop Kaoru HIROO has reborn the second floor of Minoru Hasegawa's as a bar business, open late at night but open to the public. According to what we heard, Minoru Hasegawa quickly became a two-year waiting list, making it difficult for the regulars who had been coming since the beginning of the business to come. Not being able to go that way, he increased the turnover and opened up the second floor as a short course. The main focus is now on food that can be drunk. They wanted to release it little by little to those who had come to Hasegawa Minoru the past few times and let the old customers enjoy it. The food is still as special as ever! The drinks were also powered up with the addition of two sommeliers! The tea pairings have been improved so that non-alcoholic drinks can also be enjoyed! I thought 30,000 yen (including tax and service charge) for the food and non-alcoholic pairing was quite reasonable at this level. Insanely good food: 、、、、 Duck was so bad this time! I have been going there for a long time! A Minoru Hasegawa fan who says, "I've been coming here for a long time! Please come back again like you used to!
