You can enjoy your meal while looking at the river scenery and the Skytree, which lifts your spirits. The appetizers change with the seasons, and the fresh ingredients are exciting. You can see the kitchen, and the chef's meticulous work is conveyed. The dish of cherries and mozzarella is very delicious, with the aroma of oil bringing everything together. The dish of sea grapes and grilled sea bass with citrus sauce also has a pleasant balance of saltiness and aroma. From white asparagus and firefly squid to beef skirt steak and mashed potatoes, as well as crab risotto and Earl Grey ice cream, each dish offers a sense of harmony that is satisfying.
