Italian with new sliced pizza

PST Higashi Azabu is located in Higashi Azabu, right under the Tokyo Tower. Authentic oven-baked pizza is one of its specialties. The interior of this popular restaurant is casual and full of energy. The owner, Mr. Tamaki, who hails from Okinawa Prefecture, has created a menu of dishes and wines that are sure to please. The monthly menu, which uses seasonal ingredients, is also a must-see item.

It's sticky and light! Pizza dough can be thick when it's sticky or thin when it's light, but this dough is light and yet chunky. The dough here is light, yet firm. It's exquisite! We were at the counter, and they were working right in front of us. His workmanship is beautiful. The flow of his work is beautiful and enchanting. I have never seen a pizza maker like this before! He puts it in the oven and bakes it instantly. I can't get enough of it. When you put it in your mouth, it's hot and fluffy, light and chewy. I finished one slice in the blink of an eye. I had to stop before I went to the second piece because I had another one coming up. I was a little disappointed with the iced tiramisu. I prefer tiramisu not iced. Well, that's just my preference... It's a little small and everything, but I like the stuffy feeling, so it was OK for me personally.

Tokyo Tower - Me, Tamaki, and Sometimes Pizza Under the shining Tokyo Tower, a little off the Metropolitan Expressway, there is another shining signboard, "PST". It stands for Pizza Studio Tamaki. The moment I am exposed to the light of the shining sign, my mouth, head, and entire body switch to pizza mode. After passing through the sign, I enter the restaurant and see a huge stone oven. It is no exaggeration to say that a quarter of the restaurant is occupied by the stone oven. Nowadays, there are many fake pizza shops that only heat up their pizzas in an oven, but the position of the stone oven conveys Tamaki's "love" for pizza and the stone oven. And the freshly made pizzas from the stone oven are absolutely delicious. It is as if you have left your opinion of Domi's Pizza or Pizza La somewhere far behind, and you are so fascinated by the deliciousness that you don't care whether you are Japanese or Italian, and if you check your brain maker, you will be impressed by all of the pizzas. Many people may think that I am a pizza lover. However, as a Japanese, I am a lover of Japanese food. However, this pizza place is so good that even I want to shout it out to everyone. If you have read this far, you may even think I am gross, but if you feel that way, this is the pizza place that I want you to visit!

Bismarck. I didn't expect to have two Bianca. The bismarck here is very tasty. The saltiness is well taken care of by the eggs. Oh, I want to go back to Naples again. 🇮🇹

A restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide, specializing in wood-fired pizza. The burrata here is delicious. I love the combination with prosciutto.
