It is just a short walk from Hon-Kawagoe Station, and as you enter, you are greeted by the impressive counter of robatayaki. The squid and sanma grilled slowly in the hearth are fragrant, and the flesh is plump, making you feel happy. The sashimi platter, especially the flounder and Spanish mackerel, is particularly juicy, and you can enjoy a change in flavor with the accompanying soy sauce and ponzu. The style of eating potato salad topped with squid salted fish on shrimp chips is innovative, and I really liked it. The wagyu sukiyaki shabu-shabu and beef tongue lava grill are also tender, and I am pleased that there are not only seafood dishes but also a variety of meat dishes. Thanks to the friendly staff and the calm, modern interior, I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely.
