Solche Restaurants werden wahrscheinlich am meisten von den Einheimischen geliebt. Die Portionen sind genau richtig, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig! Eine Menge, die man genießen kann, während man sich unterhält. Man kann die Portionsgröße der Pasta anpassen, und der Aufpreis für große Portionen ist zu einem fairen Preis überraschend.
