The apples used are Fuji, and the citrus fruits include Kumamoto Prefecture's blood oranges and Shiranui. It has a lingering bitterness from aged hops. The cider uses the whole fruit peel, which is rich in oil components that contain distinctive aromas, making it a summer fruit cider that highlights the zest characteristic of citrus fruits.
The base is Belgian, and it is an American-style wheat ale with yeast and hops. The bitterness is slightly subdued, and it has a softness derived from wheat. It has a light orange aroma, making it recommended even for those who are not fond of beer. A hint of yuzu peel from Wakayama Prefecture adds a refreshing finish.

A wine made from Delaware grapes produced in Yamagata Prefecture. It was delivered unusually early in early October for a Delaware, and since it was a hot year with little rain, we were able to use very ripe grapes. The alcohol content is slightly higher, but by thoroughly extracting the components from the skins and seeds, the tannins, extract, and volume are remarkably present. Yet, the mouthfeel is very smooth. While you can feel the characteristics of Delaware, there are also aromas of mandarin, herbs, and osmanthus, along with smoky notes and vanilla from the barrel.
Red wine made from Kyoho and Shine Muscat grapes produced in Togami City, along with other grapes. It is a very aromatic and charming light red with abundant fruitiness. Best enjoyed slightly chilled, it's an easygoing bottle that can be enjoyed without overthinking.
Chardonnay cultivated in our own vineyard in the Kanno district of Togakushi, Nagano Prefecture. Pressed as whole clusters and fermented with wild yeast in barrels. Bottled unfiltered after one year of barrel aging. Enjoy notes of citrus, small flowers of early spring, pleasant acidity, and a gentle, long finish. Experience the warm and gentle flavor.
The casual line from Apachafarm is the 'Under the Sun' series. The 2023 Water is made from purchased white grapes (variety not disclosed), with some pressed whole bunch and fermented in barrels, while some were destemmed and fermented, then blended together. It is slightly sweet and bottled, and depending on the storage temperature, it may have a slight effervescence. With a higher proportion of skin fermentation, it has a flavor leaning towards orange wine, allowing you to enjoy the complex nuances from the grape skins.
