A wine made primarily from Muscat Bailey A for the first time in the 100-year history of Sadoya. A blend of Yamanashi Prefecture's Muscat Bailey A and Cabernet Sauvignon from Yamanashi Prefecture. You can feel the firm tannins within a soft flavor overflowing with fruitiness.
Using Cabernet Sauvignon from Sadoya Farm in Zenkoji Town, Kofu City. This is the second label of Sadoya's top wine, 'Chateau Briand'. It is a multi-vintage wine blended for the best balance from several years of wine.
A wine made primarily from Koshu grapes for the first time in the 100-year history of Sadoya. A blend of Koshu and Sauvignon Blanc. It has a rich aroma and a light, refreshing taste with a full-bodied acidity.
While utilizing the freshness of the Koshu variety from Yamanashi Prefecture, it brings out a mellow flavor through sur lie. It is a fresh white wine with a pale green hue.
