[Yakiniku Shimizu] It's been a little while since I've had thick-cut tongue. I was able to grill it plump again today:) I'm learning how to grill every day... Today, I was happy with the salt chestnut, which tasted lean and meaty, and the zabuton had the kind of sashi that I like! Taking a cue from Ohashi-san and Chikashige-san, we took a souvenir of Fujiyama Canulé for my sister. Fuji Cannulé meets Shimizu. Thank you for serving kimchi! Ah! It was delicious:) Once again, thinking about it calmly, the costumers are really too good.

[Yakiniku Shimizu] The back chairman's course by Mr. Koike! Although it was not in December when the meat is at its best, I really enjoyed it. It seems that the Chairman's Course becomes more delicious the more times we have it. This is probably because Mr. Koike always talks about meat, which adds to my knowledge, and I chew on it as I eat. The thick tongue, filet, and sirloin of Mr. Kawagishi, a pure-blood Tajima, are all delicious, but Koike-san's grilled shimachou is the best in the world. Especially the sauce! The rice went down a treat 🤣. Thank you, Mr. Koike!

One of the perfection of the Yakiniku genre. I like yoroniku. But it's not Yakiniku, it's more of a meat dish. Miyoshi is too famous, but the price is ... But if you think about the balance between meat quality and price, Shimizu is definitely NO1 in Tokyo. Shimizu is definitely No.1 in Tokyo when it comes to the balance between meat quality and price. I love kobau, but if you are looking for a traditional yakiniku restaurant that serves rice and meat, this is the place to go! I love kobau, but if you are looking for a traditional yakiniku restaurant with rice and meat, I would recommend Shimizu! I feel like I'm in the right place! Shimizu is close to the station. Close to the station. The staff is family-run. There is team power. No flaws, so if you are forced to look for one, hmmm...no w However, if you really force yourself to find one! There is one meat that only regulars can get. But even if you put it out, it won't be cooked well, so... This is the store's dilemma. If it is cooked properly, it will be served. This time, I went with one such regular. Note: If it is cooked properly, it will be served to everyone. Oh, no! I was in agony from the start. Wooooo! Japanese black beef tongue. It is extremely thick. I have never seen a tongue thicker than this. It is grilled beautifully. The way it is grilled is too good. This is a regular customer! Starting with the tongue, then the halami.... Too good. Kawagishi Farm's 37-month-old rump! 37 months old! Normally, they serve rumps 24 months early, but... The longer the age of the cattle, the more inefficient it is for the ranch. Kawagishi Ranch raises their rumps with care because they want to ship and sell them as soon as possible. That meat is available at Shimizu! That's too good! Hormones are beautiful, too...too delicious! Impressive! It's 3 hours in no time. It really goes by so fast! It's non-stop until the last grilled rice ball. I will be back soon!

Yakiniku Shimizu is a 3-minute walk from Fudomae Station. Many of you may know this restaurant as it has been featured on TV and blogs by Mr. Watanabe of the World. Reservations are required for the famous thick-sliced tongue! The standard order is an assortment of three to five kinds, and the rest is the recommended dish of the day! The thickly sliced tongue is thick, so the key is to grill it while rolling it like a dice. After 7 to 8 minutes, it was browned as shown in the photo! I was impressed that such a thick tongue could be easily bitten off with my teeth! Even though it is this thick, the fat is so light that it disappears in an instant. The three kinds of pork belly with just the right amount of fat and lean meat mixed together in the mouth is fantastic! I would like to visit this restaurant again when I go back to Tokyo! I can't wait to go back when I visit Tokyo again! Thank you very much for the food!

[Yakiniku Shimizu] This is Koike Rolling at Yakiniku Shimizu! Sirloin, tongue, and fillet are grilled on three grilling tables. And don't hesitate to try it on the rice. The tare-shimachou also goes well with rice! I could watch the videos and photos for minutes... I take good shots myself, lol.

A yakiniku restaurant that hits everyone right in the heart in the middle of Tokyo! Yakiniku Shimizu is located in Gotanda. The restaurant is located on the second floor of a narrow, old-fashioned shopping street in front of the station. The exterior and interior are ordinary, but it is a yakiniku restaurant that loves meat and is loved by meat lovers to the extent that it could be called perverted. Once you go there, you will be fascinated by the nostalgic atmosphere, and you will definitely keep coming back. Reservations are available!
