[Yakiniku Shimizu] It's been a little while since I've had thick-cut tongue. I was able to grill it plump again today:) I'm learning how to grill every day... Today, I was happy with the salt chestnut, which tasted lean and meaty, and the zabuton had the kind of sashi that I like! Taking a cue from Ohashi-san and Chikashige-san, we took a souvenir of Fujiyama Canulé for my sister. Fuji Cannulé meets Shimizu. Thank you for serving kimchi! Ah! It was delicious:) Once again, thinking about it calmly, the costumers are really too good.

[Yakiniku Shimizu] The back chairman's course by Mr. Koike! Although it was not in December when the meat is at its best, I really enjoyed it. It seems that the Chairman's Course becomes more delicious the more times we have it. This is probably because Mr. Koike always talks about meat, which adds to my knowledge, and I chew on it as I eat. The thick tongue, filet, and sirloin of Mr. Kawagishi, a pure-blood Tajima, are all delicious, but Koike-san's grilled shimachou is the best in the world. Especially the sauce! The rice went down a treat 🤣. Thank you, Mr. Koike!

A well-known and well-known restaurant🙆🙆 After all, reservations are a must for thick slices of tongue‼️ which is great🙆🙆🙆 Definitely one of the top 3 tans I've ever had with a crispy texture 🙌🙌 Other reservation musts are the Halami, Mullet, Tail and Sirloin, all top quality as well 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌! Yakiniku Shimizu is a 3-minute walk from Fudomae Station. Many of you may know this restaurant as it has been featured on TV and blogs by Mr. Watanabe of the World. Reservations are required for the famous thick-sliced tongue! The standard order is an assortment of three to five kinds, and the rest is the recommended dish of the day! The thickly sliced tongue is thick, so the key is to grill it while rolling it like a dice. After 7 to 8 minutes, it was browned as shown in the photo! I was impressed that such a thick tongue could be easily bitten off with my teeth! Even though it is this thick, the fat is so light that it disappears in an instant. The three kinds of pork belly with just the right amount of fat and lean meat mixed together in the mouth is fantastic! I would like to visit this restaurant again when I go back to Tokyo! I can't wait to go back when I visit Tokyo again! Thank you very much for the food!

I could finally do it. Yakiniku Shimizu 🐄✨ My wish came true. Shimizu's thickly sliced tongue 💛 I'm so glad I got it! Elasticity... Chewy... Even though the tongue is so thick... Crunchy⁇Crunchy? Crunchy? How can I describe it? Personally, I also really like the Wagyu beef top tongue! ... I could eat it forever♡♡♡♡♡ It was delicious!
