What makes our carefully crafted monjayaki so delicious...? The secret lies in the batter! The key to its deliciousness is the batter, which is perfectly seasoned with a Japanese-style dashi to fully enjoy the flavors of the ingredients.
All of our seafood is directly delivered from Tsukiji. The monjayaki made with fresh seafood has a plump texture and is full of flavor.
The key ingredient that determines the flavor of monjayaki, 'sliced squid', is of the highest quality. In addition to 'cabbage' and 'eggs', we also carefully source each ingredient, including 'tempura scraps' that we specially obtain from a high-end soba restaurant.

Number one popular choice among women!! Uses rich cheese with reduced salt content that is typically used in cakes. It pairs exceptionally well with wine.
Our shop's recommended monjayaki, made with plenty of fresh seafood sourced from Tsukiji!! Your mouth will be filled with the aroma of the sea.

Packed with ingredients!! An exquisite dish that adds the deliciousness of pork to the seafood all-stars. Both monjayaki and okonomiyaki are very popular!!
We have packed all our proud seafood! The scent of the shore wafts over the iron plate.
You can enjoy two textures: 'popping' and 'smooth'.
A hint of seafood aroma wafts through the cheese.
When it comes to the representative dish of Tsukishima Monja, this is the one. The 'popping' texture of mentaiko combined with the 'melty' texture of mochi, along with our shop's pride, the cheese, makes it truly exquisite!!

For cheese lovers, we have placed a whole Camembert on top!! Please enjoy cheese to your heart's content.
Three types of cheese: Camembert, smoked, and natural, intertwine with mushrooms, creating a rich and flavorful taste.
The rich cheese has the 'pop' of mentaiko peeking through!!
Please enjoy the unique 'melty' texture of grilled mochi.
The accent of red ginger is exquisite! You can enjoy the rich sauce flavor in a refreshing way.
Without saying much, the compatibility of pork and kimchi is outstanding. Recommended for okonomiyaki!
Curry flavor is very popular with children!! A luxurious dish with pork added to the traditional taste!
A collection of items that everyone loves!
Packed with the power of soybeans and garlic! The seasoning of kimchi is irresistible.
Both are refreshing Japanese ingredients with a crisp flavor.

Tsukishima is a common name for the surrounding area of Chuo Ward, and it originally was an independent island, which is why the place name includes 'island.' Currently, it has merged with Tsukishima and is located on the eastern side of Tsukishima, separated by Tokyo Metropolitan Route 473. Additionally, Tsukishima is said to be the 'birthplace of tsukudani,' and there are many old shops. The current streetscape features buildings full of traditional downtown charm, while on the other hand, redevelopment projects by the government are underway, with modern high-rise buildings being constructed one after another. Tsukishima, with its dual identity, is now a valuable spot!
The 'Sumiyoshi Shrine' has deep connections with Tokugawa Ieyasu. It enshrines the three Sumiyoshi deities, Empress Jingu, and the spirit of Tokugawa Ieyasu, and is said to provide blessings such as 'maritime safety' and 'safe travels,' which continue to earn it strong faith from the people even today. The annual grand festival is held on August 6th and 7th. Additionally, the main festival, which takes place every three years, is a lively event that enlivens the entire Tsukishima area. Throughout the year, seasonal events and rituals are held, including the 'Sumiyoshi Shrine Cherry Blossom Festival' in April and the 'Oharai' (Great Purification) held on New Year's Eve.
It was one of the few remaining bascule bridges in Japan, but due to the increase in traffic, it has now become a 'bridge that does not open.' This Kachidoki Bridge can be viewed from the Sumida River along Tsukishima. At night, it is illuminated, allowing for a romantic night view. In 2007, due to its historical significance, it was designated as an Important Cultural Property of the Country along with the 'Kiyosu Bridge' and 'Eitai Bridge,' which also span the Sumida River.
