The course menu features a variety of dishes that showcase the skills of Yabusoba's buckwheat noodle craftsmen, and give you a taste of the tradition and future of Edo soba cuisine. Recommended for business entertainment, family gatherings, memorial services, etc. Window seats for 2-4 persons with a view of the streetcar are available (may be reserved for the hall if there is a prior reservation). Kikumasamune Taru Sake is a traditional Japanese sake from Yabusoba. It has been served at Yabusoba for over 140 years as a type of sake that became popular during the mid to late Edo period, known as downward sake (sake that travels from Kansai to Kanto).
Surprisingly, sparkling wine is a recommended drink that pairs well with Japanese soba.
Red wine is recommended with duck nanban or duck seiro, while white wine pairs well with cold soba or tempura.
Buckwheat shochu unique to soba restaurants. Buckwheat hot water dilution is recommended.
