Hakata Jidori chicken and leeks in broth. The dish is topped with handmade buckwheat noodles kneaded with home-made yuzu and served in a soup stock made from Hakata chicken and leeks, Seiro style. In addition, aperitif soup, appetizers, sashimi, shrimp cream croquettes, and dessert are served. The pictures are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual dish. A special course of Hakata Jidori chicken and green onion dashi nabe, with homemade yuzu kneaded handmade soba noodles and soup stock from Hakata Jidori chicken served in a seiro style for the finish. The course includes aperitif, appetizer, soup, sashimi, grilled dish, deep-fried dish, Hakata chicken and leek dashi nabe, homemade handmade yuzu soba noodles, and dessert. Beverages are not included. Please request a convenient time between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We cannot cancel or change the number of guests on the day of the event, and only the price of the meal will be charged.
