For the first time, I entered the store. The staff at the store were very nice. There were various items on the menu, and I had pasta, which was very delicious. It was a place I would like to visit again.

It was my second time, and my companion went for the first time. We enjoyed the stone-grilled bibimbap and the chigae pot (with tofu) deliciously. I thought it would be nice if the salad had a bit more variety of vegetables. The table we were randomly assigned to was wobbly, which bothered me. The handmade noodles have a firm texture, and a special slightly curled noodle is used for the miso stew, which clings well to the broth. The miso soup is not overly salty, with a gentle aroma of sansho pepper that makes you want to keep drinking it. The miso stew topped with a large shrimp tempura is also delicious and satisfying. The black fried chicken has shiitake mushrooms and hijiki seaweed mixed into the batter, and when paired with soba, it enhances the richness of the dipping sauce, making it tasty. The katsudon looks rich but has a gentle flavor, and the thick cutlet along with the rice provides a satisfying volume.
