Dishes featuring tofu as the main ingredient have a gentle flavor and are easy to eat. The seasonal kaiseki is well-prepared and enjoyable to experience. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard), yudofu (hot tofu), and yuba (tofu skin) sashimi were particularly impressive. The care put into each item in the basket is evident, and the aftertaste is light. There are private rooms, and the seats where you can look out at the garden through the window are very calming. The staff's attention to detail was thoughtful, and I was happy that they even prepared a commemorative photo for us.

I visited from Kyoto. I enjoyed a kaiseki course in a private room with a calm atmosphere. Everything was very delicious! The sake I ordered separately was fruity and matched well with the dishes.

However, today I was seated in the farthest corner, separated by partitions, so I was not cold and was able to relax. I ordered the same deli plate as I did in April when I last visited, but each dish was made with different ingredients than before, which is delightful as I can enjoy it even after a few months. The people I had lunch with today were using the place for the first time, and they were happy to be able to try a variety of dishes in small portions, all of which they found delicious.
