I visited the Nichinan branch for the first time! I was guided to a seat with a really nice view, and it was the best to enjoy my meal while looking at the beautiful ocean! I ordered the classic chicken nanban and shrimp nanban! It was super delicious! I changed the regular miso soup to Ise lobster miso soup! The Ise lobster was whole and it was very filling, and it was super delicious! I want to come again!

Miyazaki Kitcho Udon
✳︎ wild vegetables udon, egg
The second day in Miyazaki, unfortunately, the weather was not so good, so we did not do any sightseeing, but went around for lunch. ☔️
We went to Nichinan Suisan, where you can grill seafood over a charcoal fire.
When placed on the net, the juice of the shellfish was bubbling over. The white clams were thick and delicious. The scent of the sea breeze was pleasant as we were by the sea.
I wish I could come back next time when the lobsters are in season 🦐.
By the way, after Isshin Sushi, we finished the meal with Kitcho Udon, which is rumored to be a favorite of Miyazaki residents. It was soft and gentle udon noodles. ♨️ It is a good one after drinking ◎
A calm charcoal-grilled restaurant where you can take a breather
Igokoro is a tranquil charcoal grill restaurant set in a renovated house. It features fresh Kirishima red chicken grilled on a shichirin, served with three types of dipping sauces: yuzu pepper, house-made vinegar sauce, and lemon. The restaurant also pays special attention to its rice and miso soup, ensuring a heartwarming experience every time you visit.
In a tatami room with a panoramic view of the sea, I am enchanted by the scenery. The spacious Japanese-style room is partitioned, allowing for a calm and relaxing time. The chicken nanban is crispy and juicy, and the homemade tartar sauce pairs perfectly. The sashimi, including amberjack and tuna, is fresh and full of flavor. The grilled sweet shrimp, Ise lobster, and baked turban shell each highlight their own deliciousness. The miso soup with fish stock and the small side dishes are also tasty, and I was able to relax while gazing at the sea from the clean room.
I had a set of Kaisendon and fried prawns with miso soup with arabesque. The rice for the Kaisendon was very tasty and the taste was very good. The fried prawns were small and the after-meal dessert was open like a delicious snack, so it was very satisfying. \The fried shrimp was small and the dessert after the meal was open like a delicious treat. The choice of sauce or tartar was delicious. The miso soup with ara was warmed up by the broth in the sweet miso unique to Miyazaki Prefecture. The fish skin with grated momiji mushrooms was a delicious appetizer. Next time, I would like to visit again around the time of lobster.
Thank you very much for the meal.
A restaurant where you can get desserts using seasonal fruits. Fruit soup, for example, is a new kind of dessert, but it tastes very good. Different every time.
Reservations are required, in the form of an application through a dedicated web page after an announcement on Instagram. It is very popular and often misses the lottery.
